Appearance: Pours honey colored with a chill haze; the head fades rather quickly to a film but leaves some dotty lacing
Smell: The Sauvignon Blanc barrel element is prominent here; oaky, grassy and vinous with peach undertones
Taste: Tart and vinous witht the Sauvignon Blanc flavor in the foreground; the peach softens the fruit flavor, underneath; oaky and grassy, in the middle, with the fruit flavors pulling together in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation; somewhat puckery
Overall: I wouldn't mind a bit more peach in the profile but this is a pretty nice collab that crosses the beer/wine threshold
