Very drinkable dark sour. Cherries a la 2017. Almost chewy Tawney port, leopold barrels. Big mouthfeel. Dark red body. What's not to like. Thanks Jason B.

Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a one finger head; a ringlet forms and leaves spotty lacing behind
Smell: The whiskey barrel aroma presents along with the black cherry tones though the cognac and port are harder to discern; hints of chocolate and coffee
Taste: Vinegary, at the outset, with vague tart black cherry flavors; try as I might, I am not picking up much else
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: The label sounded so good on this one but it just doesn't have the elements I was hoping to find
