For this specialty one-off release, we dedicated a small amount of the Harvest 2017 L'Brett d'Apricot for aging in Sauvignon Blanc white wine barrels. These barrels added complexity through vinous characteristics accentuating the flavors of the Colorado apricots. We then refermented the beer on 450 lbs of Washington Raspberries for an extra pop that puts this beer over the top.

Smooth raspberry and an apricot finish bite. It's another perfect sour, on the tarter fruit side. Light pink tinge. Thanks again, Jason B. Quenching.
