damn nice beer. bottle 226 of 362, nearly 5 years on it, spent a bleedin eternity trying to get the cork out, well worth it though, the blend of sweet and sour here is just perfect, loads of peach, white wine, highly acidic, wood, a gorgeous earthy floral flavour, pepper, light saltiness, funky wild flavours, puckering sourness, no real bitterness on the finish, highly carbonated with a medium body, dry finish, makes for highly enjoyable drinking, great stuff
