(canned 10 months ago)
Appearance: Pours a quite cloudy (40% clarity) medium pale yellow color with a large white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Mild aromas of lemon citrus. Some orange and pineapple underneath.
Flavor: Moderate flavors of lemon, pineapple, citrus upfront. A pale malt, smooth finish. Minimal bitterness, but definitely a juicy feel. A dry, clean finish.
Feel: Medium-bodied. Strong carbonation. A smooth mouthfeel and juicy finish. Finish is clean.
Overall: Unfortunately found this one past its itme. Still drinks well though. Some nice lemon and pineapple juicy flavors, while maintaining a full, juicy mouthfeel. Yet a dry and clean finish. Does a lot of things right. I'm sure the flavors were much more prominent when this was fresh. I would be excited to try this one fresh. Not extraordinary, leans juicy rather than west-coast, but drinks decent at 10 months still. (Rating: 3.94)

Straw yellow in color with a hazy complexion. Light lacing. There’s an inch of dishwater white on top. The aroma is of lemon and lime. I’m tasting lime and lemon hops. The mouth is lightly sticky and crisp.

12oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace on the glass. It smelled of pine, citrus and toasted caramel. Sweet orange, grapefruit and mango with toasted caramel and a sharp, pine bitterness.

12 oz can, dated 7/10/20. Pours hazy orange yellow with a big rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is piney juniper hops with some fruit.
The flavor is a bit washed out with some malt and fruit and pine that gets overwhelmed by the catty ashy bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is pretty thin and watery too.
Overall, it was great in the glass, but it was thin and not my style for flavors.

Lemon-yellow body; slightly hazy, not quite transparent. Good head production, and very nice retention and lacing.
Nice balanced aroma of citrus, bright herbs, honeyed cracker, and light pepper.
Right off the bat, there's something "off" on the palate. It almost tastes as though it was oak-aged, or perhaps has Brett, but there's no mention of that on the can. Grainy pale malt, lemon, melon, agave nectar. Musty and awkward. Fairly low bitterness for a WC IPA.
