More than five years in the bottle. Very sour cherry finisher, dark cherry reddish body with no head, big whiskey aroma not as much cognac. Cognac sweetness in the finish.

This is the best brett beer I have ever had! Cola like pour, ruby edging, with a brown head. Smell this complex: char, rustic oak, whiskey, cognac, caramel, molasses, brett, tart cherry, smoke, slight barrel must, and red grape. Taste is even deeper: add wet stone and earth, plum, sharp raisin, pomagranate, dull tootsie roll, peat, and lighthearted funk. Incredibly deep yet so smooth and cohesive. Could use a bit more of a nod to brett, but this is so creative you don’t care. Absolutely amazing
