This one pours a dull, dirty lemon color with a rough film of head. Looks almost like a Berliner weisse for some reason.
Smells fresh! Zippy snaps of hoppy pine tickle my nose. There's citrus zest in the nose, as well as a sweet orange juice behind it. Smells really enticing!
There is a very clean sweet bread roll and orange juice sweetness to this, and the hops are really dynamic. They seem to rise out of the initial sip and titillate my palate with carbonation that leaves behind the hops. I like the way this feels dense and compact in my mouth, like the flavors are all packed away, mixed up, and hidden, and each sip lets this ball unravel. No idea what this is all about or any better way to describe it, but it's lovely!
Over all, this is a really lovely beer, to me. Lots of variables I struggle to describe makes this a heck of a find.

A bit of haze closer to a two coast continental divide effort. Unoffensive meal accompaniment, however. Can obtained from Fort Collins location. Worth a try.

Copenhagen 13/12 2020. 35,5 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Abstract hilly landscape in orange, yellow and different shades of green.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of silky foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity odor mingling with stronger, sharp citric notes. Pineapple and currants. Acerbic citrus and tart berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric and sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite on the sour side for an Indian Pale Ale. And dry as a desert.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with a white head that has decent retention and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is a faint mixture of fruit. Flavor follows the nose, sweet with only a hint of bitterness in the finish. Feel is medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Overall, a nice enough beer that's not unlike many other east coast IPA's.

Now called "Juicy East" and hopped with Citra, Motueka, and Strata. I'm not sure if this is the same beer, just updated--or new one entirely.
The appearance is murky and milky opaque yellow, just slightly translucent.
Aroma of mango, pulpy orange juice, cotton candy, white peach, vanilla.
Tastes like sugar cookie/cake batter, orange creamsicle, white peach, vanilla, slight mango. Creamy, slightly sweet, some tropical fruits.
It's not bad.

Not the most unique I've had in this style. Tastes more like a regular IPA than the east coast style, however I would buy it again. Not too heavy, easily drinkable, and a distinct spice oriented flavor.

even better than the exceptional west coast edition, these guys have upped their game on the clean beers, really dug this one. the ferment is tidy, nothing to the yeast to me at all, the hop profile is modern and not forced or green, and the overall refinement and attention to detail is high, higher than average, this is great beer. soft creamy look to this, pale light orange toned with a high creamy white head, no sediment from the can very uniform and and pillowy. the aroma is southern hemisphere hops to me, a little spiciness to the profile but big melon, key lime, white grape, and dried herbs, all very fresh, no bite to it, hardly any apparent bitterness. the flavor is unique too, some intense hops super fresh up front with herbal and citrus character, a hint of dill, lime zest, lemon, just a little pellet character but it fits in well, dry earthy starchy wheaty base, minerals, white grape juice, really alive and bright. this is like the culmination of all the learnings of their previous hoppy beers, which have ranged from not so great to excellent, but the hop profile here, the supporting grain texture, and the ferment are all dialed in here to a real high degree, and this is probably the best they have done in this space. very drinkable, dry, flavorful, and distinctive, fits in nicely to the crooked stave lineup, perhaps their best clean beer yet. i loved this.

Light yellow in color with a hazy complexion and a quarter inch of eggshell white on top. Light, soapy lacing. The aroma is of cantaloupe, lime, and lemon. I’m tasting lime, lemon, and melon. The mouth is smooth and refreshing.
