Many thanks to tacosandbeer for this bottle.

A - Dark brown pour with micro thin cream colored lacing.

S - Aroma exudes heat and Bourbon, lots of cinnamon, and peppers.

T - Strong cinnamon from start to finish provides enough heat followed by spicy peppers, a small amount of Bourbon and buried vanilla, while finishing heated and sweet.

M - Light syrupy body that finishes wet, coagulates the saliva on your palate, and leaves some heat in the back of the throat.

O - Cinnamon and peppers together in the same beer packs a potent punch to the senses.

Dark, opaque brown body, nearly black; very good head for a high ABV beer. Intriguing aroma filled with cinnamon and cocoa; some pitted red fruit notes, like cherry. Well-balanced flavors of cocoa and milk chocolate plus cinnamon and chili peppers. Heavy body with a palate coating velvet-like mouthfeel; creamy; chili pepper heat.

Crooked Stave did a fine job of balancing the cinnamon and Scotch bonnet chili pepper flavors with the base imperial stout. As I understand things, the chili peppers are pretty hot on the Scoville scale yet aren't overpowering and nicely complement the spice and sweetness of the rest of the beer. The alcohol presence is not really noticeable (probably due to the chili peppers, cinnamon and vanilla). Very tasty and a must try if you like chili stouts.
