Beautiful golden color with a touch of ruby or rose. Very pretty.
Nose is softly tart with a rich alkalinity that almost gives the impression of a sorbet or something.
Taste is a bit thin with a strong dose of acidity and not a lot else going on. Searching into it I can sort of find some plumminess but it could all be in my head. Very dry
Mouthfeel is nice but a little watery.
Overall this is another beer that reminds me of how I often feel about Crooked Stave, its fine but just misses the mark for me. The components are all there but they just don't quite come together for me.

Opaque beer has has a color similar to the flesh of a plum, brief fizzle of head on top, then nothing... This wild ale is aged in oak foeders with California plums... Stupendously sour with lots of quenching fruit - almost gose-like - nice woody finish, too - will appeal to all sour-lovers, as well as fans of fruits like plums, blackberries, and the like - very tart, amply carbonated, mildly sweet - a real winner...
