Crooked Stave has gotten into the IPA craze like everyone else has, but since these guys know what they're doing I was willing to give this one a go. It's more tropical than anything, so I can handle that. It's clear, not hazy, and has just a bit of the caramel flavor that another reviewer noted. I like how they're experimenting with different hop blends, so I'd try others in this realm from them as well.

12oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of orange, pineapple, caramel and floral notes. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a nice bitter bite.
