Very tasty and with complex depth. Mouthfeel with raspberry seed right in the teeth. On tap at ft. Collins location. Worth the trip for this one alone.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Ruby brown colored body, with a touch of dark purple. The pour creates a high head which prevents emptying the can in one attempt. Pinkish, light tan head. Leaves irregular spots of lacing.
Aroma of woody, chocolate raspberry. Hints at sourness.
Taste has a mix of sour and sweet. Raspberry fruit and woody pillars. At the end there is chocolate sweetness. Aftertaste continues the mix of raspberry and chocolate.
Fizzy-filled mouth feel. Big on carbonation.
Raspberry dominated sour, with the mellowing chocolate. Has depth with the sweet and the sour.

16 oz can. Pours dark ruby red with a bubbly pink amber head that retains fairly well and leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is woody notes and lots of sweet raspberry with a little chocolate malt.

The flavor is very sweet raspberry with some light tart acidic sourness and some wood notes. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, an interesting sour. It's good but very sweet.

Canned April 22nd 2021.

It pours a dark reddish brown with a pinkish head of foam. And that foam lasts for ever.

Smells of sweet but mostly sour raspberries, oaky, some acetic acid, some funk.

Taste has the fruit as I described above, some funky notes, sourness level, for me, is aboot 3 out of 5 although at times, it does get a little sharp with the tartness.

Good mouthfeel.

Aboot $7 for the can and worth it.
