Pours a foggy yellow with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is bready, wafery, earthy malts with clove, and spicy hops. Malts set it up well with the spicy hops adding just enough zest to keep it intriguing. Flavor profile is bready, wafery, and earthy malts with spicy, grassy, herbaly hops. The blend isn't quite as malt forward as the nose, allowing the hops to simmer more at the end. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a thinning, fading effervescence at the end. Overall, the decrescendo of texture keeps this beer drinking light despite the initial, quick hit of malts and hops, landing this beer in a pleasant balance between sippable and crushable.

Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 12oz can.

Light yellow body with a soft haze; excellent carbonation; thick, white head, dense and creamy. Classic, lightly herbal smell; quite note of very light malt. Fine delicate flavors; mild, soft sweetness with a light fruitiness; pear. Light body; soft carbonation tickle on the palate; finishes with an easy dryness.

This lager delivers a light, refreshing beer with a crushable 4.5% ABV.

Poured at 54 F; canned 7/19/21.
