Just barely translucent, murky yellow with a small white head. Good retention and lacing.
Very Nelson nose, gooseberry and peach, white wine, hint of passionfruit, and grapefruit.
Yellow peach, apricot, and lemon hit upfront, a bit of creamy dough in the middle, and then white grape on the finish. Light peachy sweetness is balanced out by musty earthiness, no real bitterness but it dries and cleans out the palate.
Medium to medium-full body, moderately carbonated, billowy but not chewy.
A really solid NEIPA with awesome Nelson flavors. Well done.
