Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a deep midnight hickory topped by a finger or so of beige foam. The nose comprises roasted malts, whipped cream, and toasted rye bread. The taste holds notes of mild roast, vanilla bean, cocoa powder, and dried maple syrup. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a thinly smooth feel. Not a bad little sweet stout, straight up, but nothing all that impressive.
