L: Dark brown body, thin head.
S: Lots of cinnamon upfront, a creamy note, a bit of cola and chocolate sweetness.
T: Cinnamon carries all the way through. The hops are upfront with a tad bit of bitterness, but then the roastiness comes out, baking chocolate and coffee notes, and burnt sugar sweetness.
F: Moderate carbonation, and the cinnamon is noticeable on the tongue.
O: Very interesting flavor profile. The adjuncts really dominate, so take that as you will. I like it because it’s different, but I do feel that the base is a bit thin.
