375ml bottle. Label has 'Bottle Conditioning Date: 11/13/2019'.
Cloudy, apricot juice colored body. No real head upon pouring. No lacing.
Aroma of sour funk and slightly sweet apricot. Lots of oak.
Taste sensation is very tart, with flavors of funk - leather, tobacco, and horse blanket, apricot, oak, and lemon.
Medium mouth feel. Tooth scraper. Very drying. Quiet carbonation.
Tart is king here, and the funk prevails. Genuine apricot flesh taste.
