Ombre amber to brown, full white head, thick lacing. Smells of roasted grains, earth, toasted caramel, big bread, and a hint of dried apricot. Taste is laden with toasted caramel, earthy grain, with a finishing phenols that build as it warms supporting the large breadiness. Feel is toasty and bright with some astringency on the finish.
