12oz can. Poured out a hazy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of orange, pineapple, mango and caramel. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a sharp, piney bitterness.

L: Pours a hazy lemon juice yellow with a medium foamy white head and no lacing on the glass
S: Sweet and sugary with lots of tropical fruit but it all kinda blends together
T: A lot less sweet than nose, I get a lot of lemon in the taste.
F: Medium body smooth carbonation
O: It drinkable but not very memorable

A - Pale yellow-orange body, mostly opaque haziness, with some transparence on the edges, and medium white head. Thick bubble cap, with lines of clumps of fine bubble lacing.
S - A nose of pine and citrus, papaya and mango notes, and a bit of hop resin.
T - Juicy open, with orange and tropical notes, papaya primarily, with a bit of peach and a biscuit malt note through the middle, and a softly bitter grapefruit element in the finish.
M - Moderate weight and carbonation, just a touch of resin on the tongue that builds over time.
O - A well built IPA. Not hitting the juiciness or the sweetness I typically see in NEIPAs, but delicious enough to suit me.

12 oz can w/o freshness dating. Direct from the source in Denver.
Nice look to this one, fully hazed, under a large and long lasting meringue cap. Leaves thick blob of lacing on the glass. Nice looking presentation.
Light fruit notes on the sniff.
Flavorful brew with notes of ripe melon, grapefruit, and kiwi flowing all through it.
Delicate and delicious.

Taking on the haze with the help of Citra, Motueka and Strata hops, Crooked Stave hits the New England style with a creamy, rich and fruity take on what was once a bitter beer.
But Juicy East kicks off with a cloudy golden and taupe appearance. As a frothy eggshell cap floats the rim, the scent billows over with bold citrus, tropical, and herbaceous aromas akin to patchouli. As its flavors flow across the tongue, the early taste is creamy with cereal, honey and shortcake with hints of vanilla and coconut.
Slowly growing into prominence, the hops carry a bold cocktail taste of tangerine, peach and pink grapefruit. As hints of dried pineapple, passionfruit and papaya create a smooth and nearly tangy taste, a trailing fruitiness is of fruit skins with a turn to balsa, tea and hemp.
Creamy and medium bodied, the ale finishes malty-dry with a bitter-sweet even keel balance. Its a nice and easy drinking session that seems to simply bore the palate a bit.
