12oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of fresh peaches, funky notes and caramel. Great funky taste with sweet peaches, tart notes and some caramel.

delicate, tangy, and delicious, a little more piquant and less woody and mature than many of their others, but still pretty characteristically crooked stave to me, just different proportions rising here in the ferment. the low alcohol and light body is great on this, and the pucker makes it pretty clean for also being wild. the fruit is real, ripe, and well dosed, its also mostly fermented to dry, so its obvious without making this sugary or fruit juicy first, but these guys have always done great with fruit, especially stone fruit, so i knew this would be excellent. straw colored with a lightly frosted look and an excited inch of white froth on top, looks nice in the glass. the nose here is sweet ripe fuzzy yellow peach, with a little lemony tang and perhaps an orange note too, faint white wine, and a bit of brett in the mix too giving it a farmy rustic appeal. the flavor is right there too, natural ripe peach all the way through it, supported by some light wheat structure and a pils malt note. its dry at the end for how fruity it is, a little sauvignon blanc fruitiness too there, minerals, and moderate acidity. light and drinkable, fizzy feeling, fresh and minimal in a good way. really good.

Light crushable peachy. Not too tart. Light peachy fruit looking. Good summer sour, with a bit of malt to maintain drinkability. On draft at fort Collins.
