This "cold" IPA pours an opaque golden yellow with a 1.5" eggshell head with very good retention and lacing. Nose isn't too expressive off the bat, but eventually gives off pineapple and grain notes. Taste is moderately tropically sweet (barely ripe pineapple) with some light hop burn and alcohol presence. Feel, however, is exceptionally soft without feeling heavy. Good, but not great.
