Very hazy red/orange color with a modest but lasting off white head. The aroma is blackberry with a hint of vinegar.
The taste is tart blackberries with a sour ale base, slightly sweet, definitely tart, no real bitterness.
The body is light, good carbonation level, crisp and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a very tasty and enjoyable brew, should go well with salads and lighter fare, a nice summer cooler or general all occasion quaff, very well done.
