On tap at The Barrel in Estes Park, CO.
This one pours a slightly golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lemony, a little bit of white grape, grassiness, and hay.
This is a basically completely spot on Italian pilsner. It’s got a nice lemon peel and very light white wine sort of vibe, with a clean peppery bitterness, and a crackery and hay like maltiness.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and stupid drinkable.
I really like that Crooked Stave has branched out a bit, because they were clearly always really talented brewers.
