Recently stumbled across my notes from The Festival 2012. Lets do this!
A - Poured an almost crystal clear light red hue with a very thin off white light brown head that leaves thin wisps.
S - Aromas of, interestingly enough, nearly all wood. Tons of wood and very, very faint bursts of sour lemons.
T - Taste is just tons of wood here. Like gnawing on a barrel. Faint sourness and some malty sweetness.
M - Mouthfeel was solid. Light carbonation, very drinkable.
O - Overall not a bad beer, though a bit oak heavy.

On tap at Crooked Stave, this was described to me as similar to a flemish red and I could sort of see the similarities. Reddish brown color, so-so head. Aroma is wood, specifically sticks and branches (yes, I smell them often), hints of sourness to come. Flavor was smooth with a bit of sour accents and I swear a mild brown sugar flavor, quite smooth and very easy to drink.
