Thursday, April 23rd marks the 504th Anniversary of The Reinheitsgebot and the release of our 3rd Edition of the American Reinheitsgebot Collaboration Series. This year we had the honor of working with some legends in the beer industry, bierstadtlager Together we brewed this brilliantly clear German- Style Pilsner using just 4 American ingredients, Pilsner malt from Admiral Maltings, and Crystal hops from Hop Head Farms, lager yeast and water.

16 oz. can. Clear golden. Smells of bread and bright malts. Light spicy hops. Tastes of bread, a touch of sweet malts, and some toasted malts. A touch sharp in the back, but much less than most American pilsners. Light spicy hops. Crisp and clean. Good.
