This one definitly has “ugly sister” vibes. Like, it’s not a red head that fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch down; nor is it the chubby chipmunk Kardashian sister… But there’s definitely a bit of a “snaggle” to it. A few drinks deep at a party, she’s probably fine. And hey, some guys like a bit of, shall we say, “imperfection.” But at the end of the day, Elixer is not the prettiest in the Enegren family.

 

A single hop Pilsner featuring Elixer hops . The pour is crystal clear light lemon with a very fresh white head . Smell has light citrus ,wine notes ,berries and lemon lime citrus . Taste follows nose with saison like notes that has nice pale malts some bread dough and wheat.Mouth feel was crisp sweet and delicate for the style .
