Our American Reinheitsgebot Collaboration series celebrates the glory of German beer, and the glory of American Brewing innovation by using all American ingredients creating a German Style beer in collaboration with some of the best lager brewers in the country!
This year's American Reinheitsgebot Pilsner is a collaboration with @greencheekbeer.
Together, we've crafted a bold modern take on a German Style Pilsner using American grown Premium Pilsner Malt by @rahrmalt and Krush hops, this beer bursts with vibrant tropical notes of citrus, guava and mango, while Crystal hops lend a classic touch of woodsy and floral characteristics.

Sweet bready-biscuity malty, cereal grainy, a hint of floral noble hoppiness, and a lemon zesty nose on this one! Taste follows with a clean and crispy, brown bready malty, and a lemony hoppy bitter finish that lingers a bit. This is very well done...just needed a little more of a a drier/snappier/crispier finish on the backend for my palate and preferences. Good!
