On tap at Enegren Brewing Company in Moorpark, CA.
Pours a hazy copper with a foamy off-white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt and lots of earthy, herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and vegetal, herbal flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with the hop profile definitely leaning towards the vegetal and herbal side of the spectrum.
