On tap at the release party at The Red Hen. Collaboration with The Red Hen and Linden Vineyards.
Pours a hazy, cloudy, light orange. Pretty good carbonation, active bubbles after it settles. Head is very thin, but there.
Nose is heavy citrus. Grapefruit, white grape, chamomile. As it warms, more of the oak comes through, but its very faint.
Taste is a tad sweet. Follows the nose, grapefruit, peach.
The mouthfeel is juicy upfront on the tongue, but finishes dry. They should bottle this because I bet it will age well.
Overall, another good beer and another promising sign of their barrel program.
