Enjoyed from the growler via Eight Ball Brewing at The Party Source. This saison pours a nice bright golden amber with a moderate head of foam that dissipates rather quickly to a thin layer and little lacing. Nose of moderately strong yeasty goodness featuring fresh bread, light crackers, subtle fruits of apricot and peach, and herbal grassy hops. Flavors surpass the nose with sweet malts, light apricots, and fresh yeasty bread on all sides that fades to a light cracker dryness on the back with a subtle tart note that blends nicely with an herbal hop balance. Refreshing and quaff able, dry on the finish. Improves nicely with warmth.
First for us from this brewery. Very nice.
Cheers
