Sample from bottle at the Malt & Humle tent, Gladmatfestivalen 2014. ABV is 4.7.% Appears rather boring to me. Will rerate as soon as I get a whole bottle.

A - Pours creamy head which dies down a bit, settles with a nice lacing. Golden color. Hazy.
S - peaches, banana, cloves and pepper. some very slight and pleasant alcohol.
T - like the smell. very smooth all the way around with excellent balance. some acidity cuts through towards the end. Finishes dry with medium-low bitterness
M - Soft, a bit creamy and silkysmooth. A real pleasure to drink. Fairly low carbonation, especially considering it's a saison, but I think it works really well.
O - I really liked this beer. It's hard to get beers of this quality in this low of an abv. Really smooth and balanced, really drinkable, and would pair well with tons of food - especially light dishes with white fish / meat.
