A sessional ale that is worth trying. Was expecting less for some reason but it was okay. Slightly malty and a bit thin but was tasty.

A: Pours a deep amber color, golden accents around the outside areas of the glass. Looks clean, completely clear, no haze. A one finger cream colored head quickly dissipates into a sudsy/soapy looking cap.
S: Faint buttery bread, some slight metallic tinge, impression of grassy hops.
T: Robust amount of buttery/bready malt. Some yeasty citric notes and grassy hops poke through here and there.
M: Slightly too thin, low carbonation.
O: Sort of a warm, comforting, malt forward beer that fits the atmosphere in which it is served (The Griswold Inn!). Presumably low ABV and simple flavors make this session-able.
