Exceptionally pale, just a slight haze. Pours a nice white head, creamy and lingering.
A soft and slightly sweet nose, maybe a very subtle lemon or orange aroma.
Bit of a bready malt flavor, a bit of a spicy hop flavor, but generally a balanced beer without overpowering flavors - typical of a Kolsch. Finishes very slightly bitter, with a refreshing dry finish.
Light to medium body, medium carbonation.
A good beer for warm weather, certainly more flavorful and interesting than a Macro lager, but similarly refreshing and easy to drink.
