This beer was brewed with an Enchantments base, and then we added a LOT of fresh Strata hops the day they were harvested from Roy Farms in the Yakima Valley. Expect notes and aromas of ripe pineapple, mango, citrus and a touch of melon and white grape. This is a once-a-year treat! From the brewers: “This is our love letter to the hop harvest and our new favorite hop: STRATA! This one goes to 11!”

Typical hazy IPA. Hazy yellow color. Fruity aroma. Melons and pears. Taste is also fruity with mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is dry and chalky. Pretty average brew. There are better from this brewery.
