16oz can purchased at the north Spokane Total Wine. This is a collaboration with Cloudburst Brewing, an Italian pilsner brewed with Idaho Gem hops from CLS Farms. 5% abv and 32 IBUs.
Hazy, lemony yellow in look. Decent sized, bone-white head. Nice lace.
Low key herbal hop notes and mild crackery malt scent. Understated.
Taste is pretty much like the nose. Herbal and lemon notes up front, with a crackery malt backbone. Quite dry at the finish.
Fairly light bodied. Dry, clean finish.
Not a bad beer, but not something to chase down, either. But if I encountered it at a bar, I'd easily have several, as it is eminently quaffable, and it goes to a great cause.
