Poured from a 16 ounce can into an IPA glass.
Look- Pale gold, frothy white head, active bubbles, mildly hazy, visible tiny particulate, above average lacing and head retention.
Smell- Pine resin, grapefruit, clementine.
Taste- Clementine, grapefruit, pine resin, pineapple.
Feel- Between thin and medium body, moderate bitterness, clean/crisp finish, very mild astringency, average carbonation, slightly prickly.
Overall- This is a proper example of a West Coast IPA. Nice piney flavor and bitterness with a crisp finish.
