Poured from a 16 ounce can into an IPA glass.
Look- Straw, frothy white head, very hazy, no visible particulate, above average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Pineapple, clementine, melon, mango, between weak and medium strength of scent.
Taste- Ripe melon, mango, clementine, pineapple, moderately astringent, medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Medium body, moderately bitter, average carbonation, moderately astringent, mildly creamy, mildly silky.
Overall- Fantastic color, haziness, head retention and lacing. The bouquet was a nice mix of tropical fruits, but it’s strength was on the weak side. Flavors were also tropical in character, but moderate astringency hampered my enjoyment. Again the astringency negativity impacted an otherwise nice feel. Overall the beer would have been great if it weren’t for the astringency decreasing my experience.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Hazy yellow golden, lasting foamy white head, lacing. Aroma is citrus zest, grapefruit. Taste brings a small amount of bready malts, but mostly soft zesty citrusy flavors. Finishes fast, kind of falls flat.
