Clear amber brew with a flash of coarse foam in the Chuckanut Kölsch glass. Lively and sharp on the tongue with the usual light body. Aroma is rather bold with alfalfa and a touch of orange peel. It's quite dry with just a little malt. Tastes of grapes with a little cereal and club soda finish. This is yet another non-standard American Kölsch and I don't think it would be on my favorites list, but it's quite interesting and totally drinkable.
