SnowBockalypse DoppleBock
A rich, malty and warming winter lager.
Poured from tap in tasting room to 8oz stange glass. Brilliant mahogany color and rich off white foam. First smell rich, sweet malt aroma. The initial taste combines warming sensation and sweetness fading to some raisin and toffee flavors. Finishes looong and sweet.
Appearance- rich mahogony, clear, rich off white foam, excellent lacing
Smell- rich raisin and toffee notes,
Taste- rich malt and toffee with raisin and dark fruit notes
Feel-slightly slick and warming, very full in the mouth
Finish-sweet and very long with warming effect
