Served on tap at tasting room. Slightly sweet, light grain and honey american stlye wheat. Very sublte wheat and malt flavors with tart hop finish
Appearance- hazy, straw yellow, thin, persistent, brilliant white head,
Smell- light grain and faint honey, green tartness, faint citrus hop aroma
Taste – wheat and bready flavor then slight honey
Mouthfeel – medium fullness, tingling
Finish- tart and slightly bitter ending without dryness
Balance- tart and hop forward with very slight wheat, honey and malt
Overall- very light wheat notes, clean but not dry.
