Clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the hand-blown tumbler. Nicely aromatic with melon and a hint of lemon. Just slightly sweet with some malt. Lush and sudsy in the mouth. Flavors of bitter orange peel, green apricot, plum skins. Aftertaste is rather bitter and herbal. Hops: Strata, Chinook, Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe. Here’s another tasty and interestingly flavored hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at Skagit Valley Coop. Dated 3/31/26.
