Appearance - roasty toasty and hoppy
Aroma- toasted malt and hops mingle. More toast than sweet malt aromas
Taste- mellow hoppiness and dark matl background. Its crisp and warm
Mouthfeel- well carbonated, attenuated and leaves me with a slightly dry palette
Overall- great example of the Cascadian Dark Ale.
