Pulled from a cask at Waterloo Tap.
Golden Looks with a healthy foam. Smells come on as citrus. Tastes are the same, and the malts keep vying for attention until the very end when the bitter hops seem to push their way in to stay. Medium body and bubbly enough. Just too bitter for me.
I went on Redemption's website. They are just pushing a decade. They do a lot of the good-brewer stuff (taproom and sustainability and community), but I didn't detect a niche. But with the market expanding so fast for quality brewing, maybe Redemption doesn't need a niche.
