This beer follows suit with an old ale. Its rich toasted toffee notes are accompanies by hints of graham cracker that sit with a nice mouthfeel and warm alcohol notes. It has a nice mild bitterness that is aided by a luxurious cognac note and holds a medium dry finish. This replication of a History Strong Ale leaves you desiring more.

Draft at brewery. First impression is a barley wine. Medium, murky amber , small skin of head. Aroma is malty, toffee, butterscotch. Taste is mildly sweet, feel is slick. Gentle warmth rises from within so and enjoy.
