12oz can from Albertsons. Cloudy pink/golden body, small bubbly head. Aroma is lemons, followed closely by the prickly pear. Taste has the tartness up front, fruity, citrus, soursop, mild sweetness.

the latest in this series of kettle sours that has really begun to put together some pretty interesting combinations of ingredients. this one has prickly pear and yuzu in it, and it has a lovely rose pink color with some haze and a short fizzy head from the can. the aroma is tangy, seemingly cleaner on the souring than some of the others have been so far, and with an obvious tropical fruitiness, but it doesnt scream prickly pear at me. there is a floral element to it, a wetness, and some citric pucker from the yuzu as well, smells summery and dynamic. the flavor is pleasant, not over fruited or anything, and definitely a little more refined as a base beer this time around, less of the sweat element to the lacto, just bright tartness. i get nuances of lime, hibiscus, and even green apple, and the floral zest of the yuzu, which has a little bitterness to it as well. the whole thing is a lot more clean than i recall the others being, making it more drinkable and refreshing, just a higher degree of refinement here. i like the mix of ingredients in this, and the experimental nature these beers seem to be going on. better carbonation here too. a little feminine as they go, but this one works for me.
