16 oz can. Dark brown with a small foamy beige head.I didn't detect too much of any s'mores flavors, mostly for me it was standard 12 gauge. Hints of chocolate and a solid roast malt base.

another tasty variant of this and a cool continuation of the series. i think this beer lends itself well to additional flavors and wrinkles, and thats exactly what we have here, nuance not a takeover from the added ingredients, which i am thankful for, i dont need this to be dessert, and its not. from the tap not the can, although i think its cool they canned it. its more chocolate than any of the other elements, and my nose and tongue tell me mocha more than they do smore. frankly, im not sure id know if they didnt tell me, but i guess i get hints of sweetness through it from what would either be the graham or the marshmallow element, definitely the toasted and campfire parts, light smoke and lots of roast to this from the grain side, but its the chocolate that lingers longest for me, and its delicious. enough bitterness and earthy quality to the base beer to handle this added flavor well, it still retains its identity. the lack of residual sugar is impressive, this kind of thing usually is small doses only for me, but this is drinkable for what it is, even creamy and fluffy feeling. its a very well dosed beer for my preferences, and i think i like it subtle rather than in my face. coffee warmth with the alcohol to close. overall this is fantastic, one of the best payette beers i have had to date! well worth the asking price.

On tap at Growler Guys Meridian.
Pours like a stout, dark and relatively viscous. Khaki head fades, small lacing on the glass.
The nose has notes of chocolate sweetness, lactose, vanilla...barrel, some oak, roast.
Tastes follows, smooth and sweet, chocolate and mocha, hints of vanilla, no burn at all, just hints of bourbon barrel.
I would put the body at medium, lower carbonation, smooth and drinkable.
Overall a good take on a sweet stout style.
