Draft at Payette. The barrel fermenting made a huge difference, in feel and flavor. Hazy, milky pour, soft head kept alive by active carbonation. Aroma is bready, milky and fruity. Odd combo, but it works. Taste follows the aroma wrapped up in a silky mouthfeel. Big difference from the first batch.
