this is really good, maybe their most relevant and modern hoppy beer to date. there have to be a ton of varietals in here. to me in the nose its citra and mosaic with something southern hemisphere, familiar and fresh but just unique enough to fire, and in the flavor is more idaho 7, light onion with heavy herbal and floral properties, really alive and brand new to me, still green but as a positive not a negative. relatively dense looking in the glass and really hazy, but its drinks light for the style and the look. grassy up front, lemony in the center, tea-like later on, green tea specifically, maybe faint coconut, tangerine, and mowed lawn. its slightly oily in feel but never heavy in the least. stone fruit, kiwi, earthy wet wheat, a clean ferment, lots of bubbles, fast finish for a hazy, this one kind of sets a new standard. this whole series of anniversary beers has been awesome, and it makes me wish payette did this kind of innovating all the time, not just for special occasions, clearly they are capable of greatness, and this beer is truly great. one of their best in ages on the hoppy side!

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Hazy, pale straw pour, skin of head and white ring. Faint fruity aroma, citrus, tropical. Taste is light also, faint citrusy flavors, light tingle on the tongue. With a name like World Shaker, I was expecting my palate to be rocked, not tickled.
