12oz can from Payette. Dark brown pour, fizzy beige head. Aroma is chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon. Taste is sweet, equal parts chocolate and vanilla, then cinnamon. Cinnamon lingers on the palate with a minor burn.

Cinnamon/vanilla variant fresh for 2022, poured from a 12oz can. Dark brown pour leads to an opaque black liquid with a dark khaki head. Lovely notes of cinnamon and vanilla, confectionary at times with impressions of other seasonal baking spices. Bourbon character is well-balanced, nice light notes of caramel and bakers chocolate as well. Medium to full bodied with a minor burn. Leads with the sweetness but isn't overpowering, this one is nice.
