Bomber from brewery ( and my cellar). 3 years on and holding up we.e.ell. Dark brown, mostly clear, tan foamy head. Ad usual the base shines through with solid roast Malts and bourbon barrels, and the caramel adds a nice new layer. In the taste, more caramel, sweet, burnt sugar carried by a roasty bitter bite, and a latent heat from the booze. Still works for me

Pours a very dark brown with a tan head that dissipates quickly leaving minimal lacing. Caramel and vanilla dominate the nose. It’s a bit sweet with the caramel still the star, but hints of chocolate and whiskey are present. There is a subtle salty note as well, but not objectionable. Full bodied and slightly viscous, leaving a pleasant caramel after taste.
