Look: Very nice. Clear pale yellow with a high white head that has great retention and leaves solid lacing.
Smell: Pleasant grass with gentle biscuit.
Taste: Delicious. Follows the nose but stronger. Very clean.
Feel: High in the mouth and decently carbonated.
Overall: A very solid brew for sure, one of the best pilsners I’ve had this year. I would easily recommend this beer.

this is really good, possibly better now that its being made in colorado, always liked upslope, especially on the quality side, so noticeable in simple beers like this, hard to imagine it hasnt been improved since the production transition. on tap at their spot not, which is still booming, nobody seems to care where its made. gorgeous golden pour, a tad richer than some in the market right now, seriously immaculate clarity and shine, consistent carbonation the whole drink, really refined, nicely filtered obviously, this is what i want a pils to look like! aroma is subtle, bready, a bit more substantial than some bit thats okay, its really fresh and simple in a good way, mildly floral hops round it out, some minerality and intentionality with the water chemistry, and compatibly mild lager yeast only faintly european to me, the whole thing is clean and grain forward at the same time, tight and good. the flavor is a little more robust, the grain has some mid palate sweetness that leans into honey and vanilla a little bit, but these wrinkles are its personality and its drier later, still refreshing and quenching. light toast, green tea from the hops, a little bit of green lawn, low bitterness, and some medium body but still light to drink, and surprisingly it warms up well too, which very few of these do, and i think that is further testament to its purity and overall quality. one of the best payette beers in recent memory for me, which is to say its an upslope beer, but whatever, nice to have a solid option locally available in this style space, well ahead of my modest expectations and highly recommended. perhaps underrated, but try it again if you didnt love it before, it bangs now, super tidy.

Draft pour in pint glass, Boise; crystal clear straw with some visible carbonation and a small fluffy white head. Crushable grains, malt sweetness, lightness in body.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Pale, clear golden, small frothy white head recedes, streaky lacing. Bready, lemony aroma. Taste stays the same, malty, biscuity with a very noticeable lemony flavor. Sweet, not that bitter. Nice feel.
